Kids Forced into Crime: Case Workshop

Our interactive case workshops are designed to include a small number of students for high amounts of engagement. The workshops are build with active social workers in mind, however, students who are actively in a social work or child welfare degree program are welcome to attend as well. We will go through 2 cases that address the topic of children involved in criminal activity brought on or suspected to be brought on by the parents or caregivers.

This event will help you use critical thinking skills and other tools in analyzing a case and considering the decisions to be made. You will learn hands on with the REAL Academy team and earn 2 continuing education units (CEUs).
